Delivery and Returns

General Delivery Terms

For the time being we are only able to make delivery to the UK and the Republic of Ireland (excluding the Channel Islands).

Stock permitting, all orders placed online are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within three working days.

Whatever the size of your order, you will only pay for one delivery cost. If you wish items to be delivered to separate addresses, you need to order them separately.

A signature is required on delivery of your order. If there is no one available at the delivery address the postman will return with it back to the depot and leave a card informing you of this. Please ensure you take the card with you to collect your parcel.

There is no dispatch from the warehouse or delivery of orders on Saturday and Sunday. A working day is Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

UK Express Delivery

If your order is placed between Sunday 12:00pm and Thursday 12.00pm your order will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding bank holidays).

Purchases made after 12.00pm Thursday onwards will be delivered on Tuesday at the latest. Express Delivery is not available in some remote areas of the UK, the Republic or Ireland or Isle of Man.

Express Delivery cost is £6.75.

UK Standard Delivery

For mainland UK, we aim to deliver within three working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12pm on a Thursday and the end of the weekend (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within three working days.

The Standard UK Delivery is currently free.

Republic of Ireland Standard Delivery

For Republic of Ireland, we aim to deliver within three working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12pm on a Thursday and the end of the weekend (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within three working days.

The delivery cost is currently free.

Your Right To Cancel

You may, for any reason, cancel the contract for the supply of goods up to 7 days from and including the day after the goods are actually delivered, and receive a full refund.

Cancellation of an order must be made in writing quoting your order number. This can be sent via email to customer services. See Contact Us.

If goods have already been dispatched before cancellation, please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging using the return slip provided within 28 days of your order date.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return them to Jacques Vert webstore using the returns label enclosed in your parcel. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and within the original packaging within 28 days of your order being placed. Please note you cannot return your purchase to stores.

Items must always be returned in original condition. We’re unable to accept items where there is evidence that the following instructions have not been followed:

Clothing: When trying on clothing please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

Jewellery: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches; store in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Do not use force.

If you have misplaced your Delivery Note, please contact Customer Services on 0844 770 5838 to arrange a replacement.

Returns

When returning items please follow these instructions:

·  In the Returns section on your Delivery Note tick the Refund Box.

·  Enter the Reason Code.

·  Detach the address label and stick to the outside of the carton you will be returning the goods in.

·  Detach the Returns Note along the perforated line and place inside the carton being returned.

·  Take the labeled carton to your nearest Post Office and pay the appropriate postage. We would advise that you obtain proof of postage. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in the post.

Products must be returned to us within 28 days of your order date. Once your items have arrived and are accepted back into stock please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

Exchange

If you require an item in a different size to your order, you may return the item to Jacques Vert webstore for an exchange following these instructions:

·  In the Return Items section on your Delivery Note, tick Exchange Box for the item(s) you are exchanging.

·  In Exchange Items ONLY Section, complete a line for each ITEM being exchanged, indicating a new size required.

·  Detach the Exchange Note from the Delivery note along the perforation and place inside the carton being returned.

· Email or call Customer Services who will arrange for a courier to collect your parcel.

If you have misplaced your Delivery Note, please contact Customer Services on 0844 770 5838 to arrange a replacement.

Once your items have arrived and we can confirm we have your requested items in stock, please allow 7 working days for delivery.

If you require a different item (rather than a different size of the same item) you will need to place a new order and return the original item to us for a refund.
