By placing an order with us you will be regarded as having read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions (the Conditions).

1. Customer can only sign up to our online rewards program through the Windsmoor website.
2. In order to qualify for a £50 online or in-store rewards voucher you must spend £500 on Windsmoor merchandise online.
3.Reward points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
4. To claim your rewards, login to your account and convert your rewards points for vouchers.
5. Your online voucher can be redeemed for goods online. Alternatively you may request a voucher which can be redeemed in one of our stores or concessions within the UK, excluding John Lewis stores.
6. Rewards vouchers are non refundable.
7. The full value of the online voucher must be spent in one single transaction online.
8. In-store Reward vouchers can only be redeemed against goods of the same value. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any balance on goods of a higher value.
9. Vouchers cannot be replaced or extended beyond their expiry date.

1. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale/discounts or promotional offers.
2. Offer is only available on full price merchandise
3. It cannot be exchanged for cash in excess of the nominal value of £0.01 and is not transferable.
4. The promotion code must be quoted when prompted at the checkout for the discount to apply.
5. We reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this offer at any time without notice

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in these Conditions. See Delivery & Returns.
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, & Switch.
You confirm that you are entitled to use the method of payment entered on this site.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We will produce a VAT invoice for VAT registered companies and individuals on request. We will make an administrative charge of £5.00 per invoice produced and you hereby authorise us to deduct such an amount from the means of payment you used to pay for your order.

We have made every effort to ensure that the description and specification of our garments are correct at the time of going live online and the photographic representation of our products is as accurate as possible.
However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your monitor will be identical to the products you will receive.

Windsmoor reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. Windsmoor may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Windsmoor will not be liable to you or any third party by reason for our withdrawal of any product from this website whether or not that product has or has not been sold; removed or edited in materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:
- Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
- Be over 18 years of age
- Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO Box numbers, hotels, accommodation addresses, BFPO, PO Boxes and shipping agents are not acceptable
- Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise Windsmoor to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.

You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by our licensors or us.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a purchase) download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

Windsmoor has made all reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided through Windsmoor web site on the Internet is accurate at the time of inclusion, however we make no warranties, whether express or implied as to it accuracy.

No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.

Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.

These Conditions govern our relationship with you.
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Winsmoor. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Windsmoor.
You confirm that, in agreeing to accept these Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation.

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Windsmoor or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of these Conditions.

We reserve the right to:
Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you, and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these Conditions.
